Tales of Arise: Where to find all the recipes

The kitchen is an essential aspect of Tales of the Ascension. Not only will various recipes give you a host of temporary stat boosts and similar perks, but you’ll even enjoy your party members more as they bond over meals prepared at camp. You will also achieve achievement by earning 30 recipes. There are 38 recipes in total, so you don’t have to strain your brain too much a lot here – but true collectors surely will, anyway.
Meal benefits are generally assigned to one of four levels: T, S, M, and L. “T” is for Lowercase, “S” for Small, “M” for Medium, and “L” for Large. The meaning here is pretty self-explanatory; some recipes will bring more benefits than others. Of course, you’ll want to prioritize the best effects possible, but the recipes you find at the start of your Tales of Arise adventure won’t give you much choice in this area.

The best dishes to cook in Tales of Arise

What you’ll want to cook at any given point in the game depends on what you think you’re up to. If you think you’re approaching a tough boss encounter, add something stat boosting to give your characters an extra boost. It can really do the trick, especially on the higher difficulty settings. Conversely, if you’re hanging out in a wide open area while completing minor sub-quests and exploring the world, maybe something that improves item drops or increases CP restoration is on the menu for you. .
After that, just select the highest level recipes that you currently have access to, provided you have the required ingredients on hand. For example, it makes no sense to cook fish wrapped in leaves after unlocking Sushi; the first gives Exp Boost T while the second gives Exp Boost L.
